At Lucknowi Karigari, we take pride in offering authentic, handcrafted Chikankari. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Measurements & Order Confirmation

  • Exact measurements and actual product images or videos are shared before dispatch.
  • Orders are dispatched only after customer confirmation. Please review the measurements, colour, and product details carefully before confirming.

2. Exchange Eligibility

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, with tags intact.
  • Orders must be purchased directly from www.lucknowikarigari.com or through our official WhatsApp Sales Executive.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability and current stock.

3. Handmade Product Variations

  • Minor thread irregularities, slight embroidery variations, visible white stitching threads, or minor dye bleeding during initial washes are natural characteristics of handcrafted products and are not considered defects.
  • Slight colour variations due to lighting or screen settings are normal and are not eligible for exchange.
  • We guarantee authentic Chikankari and good fabric quality.

4. Exchange Shipping & Collection

  • Exchange shipping charges of AED 35 must be paid by the customer.
  • Alternatively, customers may self-collect the exchange item from our designated collection point near Burjuman Business Tower, Dubai, subject to arrangement.

5. No Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds. Eligible cases may be resolved through an exchange or gift card, at our discretion.
  • Sale and discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Exchanges are not accepted for change of mind, design or style preference, or dislike of colour.

6. How to Request an Exchange

7. International Orders

Customs duties, taxes, and import charges on international shipments are non-refundable and will not be compensated.
